Funeral services will be held today (Friday) at 3 p.m. at the Betts & West funeral home here for Mrs. Bessie Shanklin Vaughn, 71, wife of Harry O. Vaughn of Nicholasville, who died Thursday morning at her home on Broadway. Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons, Robert L. Vaughn, Jessamine County; and James H., Harry P. And Walter M. Vaughn, all of Dayton, Ohio. Rev. John Morris will officiate and burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charlie West, Leonard Bowman, Mike Moody, James Breeton and Robert and William Vaughn.
