Clyde G Roberts, 86, of 402 South Third Street, died last Sunday (May 1991) at Good Samaritan Hospital after an extended illness. He was a native of Jessamine County and a son of the late Herbert and Nan Dean Roberts. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Wesley Chapel Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Pauline McMurtry, Lebanon; a son, Herbert H Roberts, Jessamine County; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday at Guyn, Kurtz, Hager and Cundiff Funeral Home. Rev. Don A Morris officiated. Burial was in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Roberts, David Asbury, Chuck Brussell, Alan Lanham, Bud McMurtry and Jim McMurtry Parents: Herbert Rivers "Hub" ROBERTS and Nancy Owens "Nannie" DEAN.
