Teater of Lexington; three daughters, Roberta (Bennis) Stinnett, Billie Jean Teater, and Nina (Donald) Young, of Nicholasville; six grandchildren, Dora Elaine Collins of Lancaster, Monte Howard Young of Nicholasville, Sara Young of California; Rebecca Young of Lexington, Gary Dean Teater of Garrard County, and Rhonda Ellison of Nicholasville; a great grandson, Bradie Keith Ellison of Nicholasville; a nephew, Vernon "Buddy" Teater of Nicholasville; two nieces, June C. Blackford and Ruby Rue, all of Nicholasville, and many friends. Services were held Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. at the Hager and Cundiff Funeral Home in Nicholasville with Dr. Gayle Toole, the Rev. Ullie Herren and the Rev. Paul Dobson officiating. Burial was in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Family members and friends served as casket bearers.
